Charles B. Hanner, 74, of Hillsboro, IL, passed away on April 2, 2024, at Hillsboro Area Hospital. He was born on June 15, 1949, in Hillsboro, IL. Charles attended Collinsville High School and Belleville Barber College. He worked for Olin and was also a self-employed barber for 17 years. In his memory, donations can be made to the Bond County Humane Society.
